Chocolate

A story of acceptance and how a life lived too much in the extreme can lead to a breakdown then new understanding of people and life. Can chocolate change the world? What a great idea.

There are some beautiful scenes of small French villages in this film. All the scenes of confectionery production are well done and technically spot on. Walter Bienz a chocolatier from England consulted on the making of confections. Unfortunately I have not been able to find out much about him other than he is dead and had a small shop in London. Of course for me that was the essence of the film.

BTW-I love chocolate-in just about any form from Maison du Chocolate to Snickers.
