A reality show about this “chef” who has a molecular gastronomy catering company. I am of a different generation of cooks and I do not like this type of cuisine. You can look at other posts and see what I have to say about it. In a nutshell-every restaurant experience that leans heavy to this discipline has left me hungry for real food.
