A campy flick about a confused and petulant chef in Madrid who is obsessed about the “little red book”. The film is full of relationship twists and turns, family, sexuality and the daily challenges that life throws us all. It’s kind of like an extended Spanish episode of Modern Family with a hint of Almodovar and a good dose of Hollywood. The kitchen and restaurant are appealing. The food styling is well thought out and current-compliments of Chef Jose Luis Armendariz and culinary consultant Cristina Carretero.
